Thank you for your interest in sponsoring SNL 2021. SNL is committed to transforming this year’s gathering into a virtual experience designed to bring forth the high-quality research our members have come to expect at SNL.
Last year we enjoyed unprecedented engagement in our annual meeting, with over 850 delegates attending and more than 450 presentations. We look forward to bringing our global membership back together online in 2021.
SNL 2021 will be held October 5-8, 2021. SNL will feature four full days of scientific programming including Keynote Talks, Symposia, Slide Sessions, and Awards Talks. We have also announced a brand new element for SNL 2021: Slide Slams which are thematically-organized 5-minute mini-talks followed by live discussion and Q&A. All presentations will be accessible to SNL members for 90 days after the close of the meeting. The virtual meeting will enable more attendees from around the world to attend, including those who have traditionally found it challenging to participate in the meeting.
Gold Sponsorship Level – $5000
- Free participation (registration) for up to four attendees
- Logo and company blurb placed on SNL 2021 sponsorship page with link and contact information
- Ability to upload video and/or PDFs to your own Presentation page inside event website
- Logo placed on ALL SNL 2021 (virtual edition) web pages with custom links
- Logo placed on all SNL emails sent leading up to and during the virtual meeting
- Logo prominently displayed on Opening and Transition slides during live events
- Full page color ad in Program PDF

Silver Sponsorship Level – $2,500
- Free participation (registration) for up to two attendees
- Logo and company blurb placed on SNL 2021 sponsorship page with link and contact information
- Ability to upload video and/or PDFs to your own Presentation page inside event website
- Logo placed on ALL SNL 2021 (virtual edition) web pages with custom links
- Logo placed on all SNL emails sent leading up to and during the virtual meeting
- Logo prominently displayed on Opening and Transition slides during live events
- ½ page color ad in Program PDF
Bronze Sponsorship Level – $1,000
- Free participation (registration) for one attendee
- Logo and company blurb placed on SNL 2021 sponsorship page with link and contact information
- Ability to upload video and/or PDFs to your own Presentation page inside the event website
There are other ways to support SNL this year
- Site License – Purchase a site license for your institution of 20 or more registrations. Purchasing a site license can enable more members to participate in SNL 2021 (virtual edition) who would not normally be able to attend.
- Sponsor URM members, students or others with financial hardship to attend SNL 2021 – Specifically, designate your dollars to support our URM members and others with financial hardships.
