Childcare at SNL
Thanks to generous funding from the National Institutes of Health, SNL is pleased to offer free onsite childcare as part of the 2022 meeting! Back by popular demand, childcare will allow you to enjoy time with colleagues, while the little ones create their own fun memories in Philadelphia. This year, we have contracted with A Helping Hand, an event childcare service. Activities will include age-appropriate arts and crafts, educational activities, interactive games, skits, dancing, and much more! All A Helping Hand staff are Infant and Child CPR certified, First Aid certified, background checked, and trained to care for children from newborn and up.
Childcare will be offered free of charge for children 0-12 years of age. Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration for childcare will close on September 28, 2022.

Thursday, October 6
8:30 am – 1:30 pm (includes lunch)
1:30 pm – 8:30 pm (includes dinner)
Friday, October 7
7:45 am – 1:30 pm (includes lunch)
1:30 pm – 7:15 pm (includes dinner)
Saturday, October 8
7:45 am – 1:30 pm (includes lunch)
1:30 pm – 5:30 pm (NO dinner)
To reserve a spot, please follow these instructions:
- Visit www.ahelpinghandevents.com and log in or register for a new account.
- If it’s your first time visiting, you will be prompted to fill out a profile with your child(ren)’s information
- Go to your Event Registration tab and enter our GROUP ID NUMBER: QH13
